Great opportunities to grow in your faith are important, but sometimes they are hard to fit into your schedule and sometimes you may be a little worried about what you’re getting into!  So we try to offer learning opportunities that are:

  • Limited in scope. They are usually short classes ( 5 – 8 weeks) so the commitment is manageable, or they are “one and done” so you can come to a single learning event.
  • Accessible for people of varied skill and knowledge. We know that lots of people who come to churches these days didn’t grow up in Sunday School.  That’s ok.  You can just jump into our classes wherever you are in the faith. There are no tests and usually no homework. We do, however, seek to provide useful information for everyone whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned disciple.

Here are some of our learning opportunities for adults:

Worship:  Lots of people may miss that worship is one of the best opportunities to learn and grow in your faith.  We gather to be in God’s presence so God can teach us.  Our pastor presents the scriptural message each week in language we can understand and apply to our lives.

Seasonal classes:  Short term classes are offered throughout the year.  The content usually centers around Christian concepts, Christian life or Bible study.    Check out our Events Page to see what’s up next.

Presbyterian Women’s Bible Study: Presbyterian Women meet for Bible study once a month during the school year (September – May) on the third Tuesday at 9:00 AM.   All women are invited to the Presbyterian Women’s Bible study.

“Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”  (John 8:31-32)
